The Shadow Program

The Shadow Program is an exclusive mentorship initiative that fosters a dynamic environment where cultural diversity, professional development, and global perspectives merge. Throughout this program, students work closely, alongside our executive board officers to view the day-to-day activities, plan and execute projects and events, and gain experience that will prepare them for future leadership roles in the organization.

Our mentorship program aims to strengthen connections between seasoned upperclassmen and eager underclassmen, creating a community that values growth, learning, and mutual support. Through this initiative, we aspire to build lasting relationships that transcend academic boundaries, offering a holistic approach to personal and professional development.

This program runs every spring semester (March to April). All members (especially Freshman, Sophomores, and Juniors) of the IBA are encouraged to apply for this unique opportunity.
