Apply to join IBA’s Executive Board for the 2025–2026 academic year

  • Oversees budgeting, financial planning, and expense tracking to ensure the club operates within its allocated funds.

  • Handles all matters regarding the communication and scheduling of speakers for general body meetings

  • Plans and organizes social events to foster community, engagement, and connection among club members.

  • Develops and executes marketing strategies to promote club events, initiatives, and brand through social media, flyers, and digital communications.

  • Builds and maintains relationships with corporate partners, coordinating employer engagement for events, sponsorships, and recruitment opportunities.

  • Manages member recruitment, engagement, and retention efforts, while maintaining accurate records and fostering a strong sense of community within the club.

  • Organizes and leads professional development workshops and events to enhance members’ career readiness, skills, and industry knowledge.

  • Plans and coordinates philanthropic initiatives and volunteer events to support community causes and promote social responsibility among members.

  • Manages and updates the club’s website to ensure accurate, up-to-date information and a user-friendly experience that reflects the club’s brand and activities.

Membership Points & Rewards System

As a member, you'll have the opportunity to earn points through various activities, such as attending GBMs and social events, participating in professional development workshops, and volunteering for philanthropy initiatives. Each activity is assigned a corresponding point value, allowing you to accumulate points as you get involved and make a positive impact.

You can earn points for the following activities:

1. Follow/Tag IBA on Social Media  (5 points) 

2. Attend a General Body Meeting (10 points) 

3. Participation/Engagement at GBM (10 points)

4. Attend Office Hours (15 points) 

5. Attend a Social Event (20 points)
